Zoom works incrementally so press the combination repeatedly until you reach the screen magnification you require or until the desktop returns to normal. The shortcuts for zooming, snapping/drawing and loop/region settings also work in. To zoom out, use Command Option and ‘-‘. In macOS, you can access individual menu entries by pressing CMD. Turning on global for items such as Audio on/off allows control of your microphone when Zoom is not the active window.
